Jessica’s retreat was recommended to me by a very close friend who had been on retreat with Jessica. I needed to take stock and plan for the future as I gallop towards retirement. Work has been the be all and end all for me since leaving school. We met virtually in the first instance and I felt immediately reassured that a retreat and coaching was absolutely the right investment to make in me and Jessica, the right person to invest that with. The retreat covered significant ground and everything documented so you can constantly reflect on discussions well after the event. This, combined with the coaching keeps the momentum going and when the normal world takes over it is there as a stabiliser. You can see yourself slowly working towards those goals .. or it could be fast if that is in your gift to achieve.
